Job Description This role supports the Training Department by serving as the primary point of contact for daily training-related inquiries and coordination. The position is responsible for managing the administrative functions of training operations, including timely monitoring and response to the training inbox. This position will assume subject matter expert in the Relias training system, ensuring accurate, up-to-date data management and effective organization of the training platform to support organizational goals and will complete other duties as assigned to support training across the Bluebonnet Trails’ system of care. Location Must reside in BTCS service area and may work remotely as approved by supervisory staff. Hourly Salary $18.00 Differential Detail $1.00/hour, previous experience $1.00/hour, tenure with BTCS $1.00/hour, BTCS Career Ladder Specialty Qualifications Eligible counties: Bastrop, Burnet, Caldwell, Fayette, Gonzales, Guadalupe, Lee, Williamson. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. 2 years of experience in an administrative role. 2 years of experience in a customer service position. Must have a valid Texas driver’s license and maintain approved driver’s status throughout employment. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience with eLearning systems, including Relias.
