To support strategic decision-making and profitable growth initiatives, the full-time Actuarial Associate will evaluate product performance, develop pricing recommendations, and lead actuarial analyses for new and existing insurance products in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Lead actuarial analyses and develop recommendations for rate revisions and pricing initiatives Evaluate product and portfolio performance to support profitability and growth objectives Coordinate with various teams to ensure accurate implementation of product and rating changes Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Economics, or a related technical field Minimum of five to seven years of relevant work experience in property and casualty insurance Strong analytical background with proficiency in Excel, SQL, Access, and Word Experience with R, Python, or SAS preferred Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS) designation required
