Seeking a detailed-oriented, skilled Accounting Assistant. The ideal candidate will provide essential support in managing financial records, data entry and administrative tasks for the accounting department.
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to help keep our finances organized and accurate. You will handle daily data entry, manage invoices, and provide vital administrative support to our accounting team.
What You’ll Do
Data Entry: Accurately record invoices, expenses, and payments in our system.
Accounts Support: Help process bills (Payable) and track incoming payments (Receivable).
Reconciliation: Match bank statements with internal records to ensure everything adds up.
Filing: Keep digital and physical financial records organized and easy to find.
Team Support: Assist with basic office tasks and help prepare documents for tax season or audits.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (Degree in Accounting/Finance is a plus).
Previous experience in an office or bookkeeping role.
2 years of previous accounting experience is required.
Basic understanding of "Credits" and "Debits."
