Job Description
Responsibilities
Accounts Payable, assist with posting and payment of invoices
Assist with payroll
Reconcile monthly physical inventory count of vehicles, factory receivables & post weekly warranty EFT
Oversee various schedules within Office departments
Prepare and mail trade payoffs
Assist in Special projects, filing and other duties as needed
Qualifications
Experience as an Accounts Receivable/Payable clerk in a dealership
Strong record of positive Customer Happiness and eagerness to improve
Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel
Collaborative personality and professional personal appearance
Valid driver's license
