Job Description ProCare Therapy has teamed up with an excellent school district in Millbrae, CA and is looking for someone to join their team as a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst for the upcoming school year. Minimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Provide supervision and support to behavior technicians and interdisciplinary team members. Implement data collection procedures and evaluate effectiveness of interventions. Collaborate with therapists and educators for coordinated care. Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively. Compensation Pay: $50–65/hr Qualifications Must have National Certificate in BCBA Master’s Degree in Education/Special Education Previous experience in school preferred but not required.
