Responsibilities Understand specific client needs and limitations to formulate safe, fun, results‑driven fitness programs. Conduct initial fitness consultations and program design for individual client success. Provide ongoing personal training sessions and monthly assessments of client progress. Progressively set goals for each client. Maintain equipment safety and cleanliness. Deliver excellent customer service, resolve problems promptly, and maintain a friendly, helpful environment. Stay informed about new fitness trends and product knowledge. Qualifications & Requirements Valid CPR/AED Certification within 30 days of employment; certification must be completed in person. Completion of in‑house CPR/AED, Smart Fitness Certification, PT Onboarding and required online courses within 30 days of hire. Strong people skills, proactive learning mindset, and a desire to help clients achieve optimal results. Punctual, dependable, self‑organized, and capable of working independently while multi‑tasking. Excellent communication with members and teammates with a customer‑service mentality. Team‑player willingness to tackle any task. Strong mathematical, analytical, and sales skills. Available for weekdays, weekends, holidays, and various shifts. Computer proficiency, phone etiquette, and good math skills. Committed to a healthy lifestyle. Experience Levels Level 0 PT – No experience necessary; certification provided upon hire. Rate: $17.50/hr session (All states except CA). Rate: $17.50/hr non‑session for CA. Level 1 PT – Less than 1 year experience or CPT/bachelor’s in exercise science. Rate: $20/hr session. Level 2 PT – 2 certifications or 1 year verified industry experience. Rate: $25/hr session.
