Job Description

We are seeking a CASB Solution Implementation Specialist with a broad background in cloud security and activity monitoring. The ideal candidate will have expertise in implementing CASB solutions and defining effective policies, with consulting experience in large enterprise environments. This role involves assessing the current CASB implementation, developing a strategic roadmap, and ensuring alignment with the overall cloud security strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• CASB Implementation:
• Assess the current CASB implementation and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop a roadmap and strategy for the CASB solution, aligning with cloud migration efforts.
• Define and implement CASB policies and configurations to provide proactive protection without disrupting business operations.
• Collaborate with the cloud security team to ensure alignment with the overall cloud security strategy.
• Project Management:
• Set a clear roadmap and provide recommendations for CASB implementation.
• Work closely with the cloud security team to ensure strategic alignment.
• Transition from a reactive to a proactive approach in data protection.
• Compliance and Organizational Change:
• Address upcoming compliance requirements
• Adapt to significant organizational changes impacting information protection and compliance teams.
• Ensure that CASB policies and configurations protect data without hindering business operations.

Qualifications:

• Broad background in cloud security and activity monitoring.
• Expertise in implementing CASB solutions and defining effective policies.
• Consulting experience in large enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, OCI, etc) and on-prem databases.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements and governance.

Required Skills : - hands-on experience with a CASB implementation - multi-cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, etc.) - policy creation
