We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager - Transmission to lead the execution of high-voltage transmission line projects across Arizona and the Southwest. This role will oversee field construction, subcontractors, safety, scheduling, and project delivery for large-scale utility infrastructure projects ranging from 69kV to 500kV. Manage construction execution of high-voltage transmission line projects (69kV - 500kV)
Oversee contractors, subcontractors, and field crews during construction
Lead project planning including schedule development, cost control, and resource allocation
Coordinate with engineering teams, utilities, and regulatory stakeholders
Ensure compliance with utility standards, environmental requirements, and safety regulations
Manage construction schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project
Monitor project budgets, cost forecasts, and change orders
Conduct site visits and field inspections to ensure work quality and progress
Lead project meetings with clients, construction teams, and stakeholders
Support commissioning and project closeout activities
Projects may include:
Transmission line construction (69kV, 115kV, 230kV, 345kV, and 500kV)
Overhead transmission structures and foundations
Underground transmission cable installations
Transmission line rebuilds and reconductoring
Substation interconnections

A successful Construction Project Manager - Transmission should have:
7+ years of construction project management experience
Experience managing utility transmission or power delivery projects
Knowledge of high-voltage transmission construction practices
Experience coordinating contractors, utilities, and engineering teams
Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and utility construction requirements
Strong skills in project scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
Competitive hourly rate ranging from $80 to $110 USD.
