Job Title: Dental Receptionist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our dental office team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing excellent customer service while managing front desk operations efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and a professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients in a warm and professional manner
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the office calendar
• Verify patient information and update records in the system
• Handle patient billing, insurance verification, and payment processing
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Coordinate with dentists, hygienists, and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
• Respond to patient inquiries regarding procedures, appointments, and policies
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, forms, and documentation

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Previous experience in a dental or medical office preferred
• Familiarity with dental practice management software is a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic knowledge of dental terminology and insurance processes preferred

Schedule:
Monday – Friday (hours may vary)

Two positions: 1 full time and 1 part time 10-2pm
