Join a trusted, well-established dental group where exceptional patient experiences start at the front desk. American Dental Solutions is hiring a Floating Dental Patient Coordinator / Dental Receptionist to support our Montgomery County locations, with Pottstown, PA serving as your home base.
About the Role:
This is a great opportunity for an experienced dental receptionist who enjoys variety and thrives in a dynamic, high-energy setting. You will help us provide front desk support during call‑offs, holidays, high-volume days, and whenever an additional team member is needed between our offices.
Your role ensures a smooth patient flow, positive first impressions, and efficient office operations, making you a vital member of our patient care team.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor
Manage phone calls, appointment scheduling, and patient inquiries
Complete insurance verification and enter accurate patient data
Utilize Dentrix for scheduling, notes, and administrative tasks
Support multiple Montgomery County offices as needed for coverage
Maintain organized, efficient front desk processes
Provide exceptional customer service at all times
Compensation & Benefits:
$25–$30/hr, based on experience
Monthly performance bonuses

Qualifications:
2+ years of dental front desk or Dental Patient Coordinator experience
Strong proficiency with Dentrix, insurance verification, and scheduling
Excellent multitasking and communication skills
Reliable transportation and comfort traveling between offices in Montgomery County
Professional, patient-centered attitude
Primary Location:
While this is a floating role, your home base will be, Pottstown, PA (Montgomery County Region).
