Fence Installer Wage: $15/hour - $20/hour (With Opportunities to Grow!) Premium Fence Company is now hiring a Fence Installer. As an Installer, you’ll look at instructions, drawings, or job details and use them to set fences safely and correctly. You should be comfortable working with fencing materials, basic installation methods, and the tools we use out in the field. This is a full‑time position working 32–40 hours a week with possible overtime. Hours will vary depending on workload and weather conditions. We are looking for someone who: Has sand and grit. Because fences don't build themselves. Has a good personality. We hire teammates, not headaches. Is a hard worker. Because we don’t hire watchers, we hire doers. Is on time. Because the day doesn’t pause for stragglers. Has one year of related fencing or construction trades experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Is looking to grow in the company. Wants to find a job where they can stay. Wants to enjoy their job. Must be at least 18 years old. The perfect applicant will be able to: Accurately read a tape measure. Pass a Dug Test. Pass a Background Test. Add, subtract, and divide all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Lift up 100 lbs of force occasionally, up to 80 lbs of force frequently, and up to 20 lbs of force consistently to move objects. WARNING This job may cause: Increased muscle definition.
