We are seeking a dynamic Dental Front Office and Treatment Coordinator to join our team and help provide an exceptional experience for our patients while contributing to our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to all patients, ensuring a welcoming experience
• Manage treatment plans, discuss financing options, and coordinate appointments
• Handle front desk operations, including patient check-ins, scheduling, and answering phones
• Collaborate with the team to contribute to marketing initiatives, including patient outreach, social media, and in-office promotions
• Assist in growing our patient base by participating in community events and marketing campaigns

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Dental office experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of dental insurance and treatment planning is preferred
• Experience or interest in marketing and patient engagement
• Professional and positive attitude
