Duties
Operate hand grinders and other shop equipment safely.
Grind, deburr, and prepare rotating equipment components for repair and balancing.
Assist with machining, drilling, grinding, milling, and other shop operations.
Perform general labor tasks to support production and shop activities.
Follow work instructions and quality standards to ensure accurate work.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Assist the Shop Manager and production team as needed.
Schedule
Monday – Friday
7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Overtime available on Saturdays and Sundays as needed
Pay
$20.00 – $22.00 per hour
Requirements
Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience using grinders, power tools, or shop equipment.
Ability to work safely in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to learn new skills.
Previous manufacturing or machine shop experience is preferred but not required.
