What You'll Do as a General Laborer / Production Worker:

• Assist with the production, inspection, packaging, and movement of manufactured products throughout the facility.
• Load, unload, stack, and palletize materials while maintaining production and quality standards.
• Perform visual quality checks to identify defects and ensure products meet specifications.
• May operate basic production equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by following housekeeping and 5S standards.
• Support machine operators, production technicians, and staff as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
• Follow all company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and work instructions.

Skills and Experience

• At least 6 months of manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, packaging, or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working throughout an 8-12 hour shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Commitment to workplace safety and following all PPE requirements.
