Your days are filled with preventative, corrective, and repair maintenance, from drywall to carpets. You love learning new repairs and take pride in your knack for fixing things before they become big issues. What's required? General maintenance skills including painting, light plumbing, basic electrical troubleshooting, and general repair. Cheerful disposition. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
