Middle Kentucky Community Action Partnership, Inc. is hiring a full-time Teacher in the Head Start Program located in Wolfe County. The position is eight (8) hours per day, Monday through Friday. RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Record keeping and reporting.
• Ongoing monitoring.
• Program planning.
• Communication between staff and families.
• Assist Education Manager in development and implementation of Early Childhood and Health Service Written Plan.
• All other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• AA degree required.
• Must have or be willing to enroll in coursework leading to a Child Development Associate Credential (CDA).
• Must be able to implement the Early Childhood Education Written Plan.
• Must be able to interact with public and children.
• Must pass regular health exam including TB skin test.
• Must pass Criminal Check and Child Abuse/Neglect Check.
• Must pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol tests.
