HVAC Residential Service Technician.

Elmar Heating & Cooling is now hiring an HVAC Service Technician who is looking for stability and a no-pressure sales environment.

Elmar is a residential HVAC service provider that focuses on servicing various types of heat pumps, gas furnaces, and the occasional boiler. We also specialize in servicing and installing ductless and tankless products. We are conveniently located in Lutherville-Timonium near the intersection of I-695 and I-83. Our employees live in Baltimore, White Marsh, Towson, and Pikesville and they say their commute is simple.

What Can You Expect From This Role?

• You’ll troubleshoot and diagnose residential and light commercial HVAC systems and provide valuable solutions.
• You'll mainly focus on mechanics but can provide solutions and make commissions if desired.
• You'll work independently but will have support from dispatch and the branch manager.
• You’ll tackle challenges that will push you to improve your skillsets & logical reasoning.

Simple Requirements:

• Trade School Educational Level.
• Universal CFC Certificate.
• Valid Driver License / Clean Record.
• Min. 5 years of HVAC service experience.
• Journeyman license is always a plus.

Jaw-Dropping Benefits:

• $28-$36 hourly.
• Tool Grant (We give you $300.00 for tools yearly).
