We’re hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join a growing, fast-paced company that values quality work, professionalism, and long-term careers. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems. This includes gas furnaces, boilers, split systems, heat pumps, mini-splits, and related controls. You’ll be expected to perform thorough diagnostics, recommend proper repairs, complete service tickets accurately, and maintain a professional appearance and attitude on every call.
We are looking for someone with strong hands-on experience, solid electrical and mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work independently in the field. EPA certification is required, along with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset are essential, as you will often be the face of the company in customers’ homes.
