Aire Serv of Space Coast has an immediate opening for three HVAC Technicians . We are looking for a:

1.) Senior HVAC Service-Maintenance Technician

2.) A HVAC technician specializing in installation who will lead an install team

3.) An up-and-coming Junior to Mid-Grade HVAC technician to assist with installs and service-maintenance.

Description of the three positions we hiring for :

1. Senior HVAC Service-Maintenance Technician that must be able to conduct service, diagnose problems and conduct maintenance on residential to commercial systems. Additionally, mentors/trains junior techs and provide direct quality control input to the owner. Commercial refrigeration repair is also wanted but not required. Full-time position. Expect Overtime. Starts at $30-$37+/hour + Bonus or SPIFF Opportunity. Benefits: 401K, Health Care, Paid Time Off + Holidays  

Key Responsibilities and Minimum Qualifications (MQ):

· First Class Customer Service Attitude (MQ)

· Service, diagnose, maintain, and install HVAC systems (MQ)

· Troubleshoot residential and some commercial equipment (MQ)

· Mentor and train junior technicians (Required)

· Provide company level quality-control input and technical guidance (Required)

· Participate in overtime as needed

· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (MQ)

· Ability to lift 60 pounds (MQ)

· Strong communication and customer service skills (Required)

· Professional appearance and attitude (Required)

2. Senior HVAC Installation Technician Team Lead that must be able to lead a HVAC Install team for residential to commercial systems. Ability to service, diagnose problems and conduct maintenance on residential to commercial systems is also highly desired. Additionally, mentors/trains junior techs and provide direct quality control input to the owner. Commercial refrigeration repair/installation is also wanted but not required. Full-time position. 3. Junior to Mid-Grade HVAC Technician must have mechanical capabilities. Experience conducting service, diagnose problems and conduct maintenance on residential and some light commercial preferable. Must be able to assist both senior HVAC service/Maintenance technicians and work in installing team. Expect to be trained and elevated to the same technical caliber as the lead technicians. Part Time Work $20-$30 Hours + Bonus or SPIFF Opportunity, with full-time employment opportunity available; full-time employment can be discussed at interview. Full-time tech will also receive benefits: 401K, Health Care, Paid Time Off + Holidays

As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll play a critical role in serving our customers and protecting the comfort of their homes and businesses.

Deliver Exceptional Customer Service

Provide a professional, positive experience on every call while building strong relationships with customers.

Diagnose, Repair, and Maintain HVAC Systems

Accurately troubleshoot issues, perform repairs, and complete preventative maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently and reliably.

Recommend Solutions

Educate customers on available options, including system upgrades, indoor air quality improvements, and maintenance agreements that best fit their needs.
