Interior Designer | Lansdale, PA

Work Style: Hybrid – 3 days in-office, 2 days remote

We’re hiring on behalf of our client, a well-established residential remodeling and construction firm known for thoughtful design, strong collaboration, and a genuinely positive team environment. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Interior Designer who enjoys seeing projects through from concept to completion and thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced setting.

About the Role: The Interior Designer plays a key role in the design and execution of remodeling and new construction projects. This position blends creative design work with technical documentation, client collaboration, and cross-functional teamwork with sales and production teams. You’ll be involved throughout the full project lifecycle, from early feasibility and design concepts through construction support and final installation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 5+ years of experience in interior design and/or residential construction
• Proficiency in CAD software (Chief Architect, 20/20, Revit, or similar)
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and building materials
• Working knowledge of basic building codes and construction methods
• Experience with material takeoffs and construction documentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
• Reliable personal vehicle for site visits and client meetings
