Team members work both remotely and onsite based on client and project needs. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys solving complex business challenges, leading client engagements, and mentoring teams while continuing to grow their Salesforce and business analysis expertise. Key Responsibilities Lead client workshops and requirements-gathering sessions. Analyze business processes and document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Develop as-is and to-be process flows. Produce solution designs and high-level solution architectures. Configure Salesforce solutions based on approved designs. Facilitate system demonstrations, user acceptance testing, and end-user training. Identify, analyze, and help resolve system issues and defects. Support integration testing and user acceptance testing activities. Develop user guides, training materials, and configuration documentation. Create status reports and communicate project progress to stakeholders. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal project teams. Required Qualifications (Must-Have) 10+ years of experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements. 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration experience. Salesforce Administrator Certification. Experience configuring Salesforce Flows and managing complex business processes. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to facilitate meetings with clients, stakeholders, and end users. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Bachelor's degree and relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. U.S. Citizenship required. Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have) Master's degree. Salesforce Business Analyst Certification and/or additional Salesforce certifications. Experience with federal government clients and projects. Experience creating business process models and workflow diagrams. Experience with Jira, Microsoft Project, and Visio. Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and software development lifecycle methodologies. Experience supporting system integrations and enterprise Salesforce implementations.
