Position: Legal Recruiter We are searching for a Legal Recruiter to support our growing company. The recruiter will recruit attorneys across all covered states, occasionally other support positions. Position Summary The Recruiter identifies, attracts, and hires qualified talent to fill PLG’s job openings, acting as the bridge between hiring managers and candidates. The Recruiter manages the full‑cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, and following internal onboarding procedures, ensuring a positive candidate experience and meeting staffing goals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Find candidates through passive and active searches via job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS). Work with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop sourcing strategies. Serve as the main point of contact for all candidates, providing updates to hiring managers, HR team, and leadership as required. Extend offers and handle salary negotiations. Complete internal processes and procedures to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee. Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment technology. Other related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) 1+ year(s) experience in recruiting and/or employee experience and onboarding practices; preference for recruiters with legal industry experience. Ability to work with others in a congenial and team‑oriented manner. Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi‑task and adapt to continual change. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
