About the Role:

Luc Mechanical Inc is looking for skilled Mechanics and Jr. Mechanics to join our growing plumbing and HVAC team in Hauppauge, NY, just for long Island Area. Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain residential and/or commercial plumbing and HVAC systems
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues and perform effective repairs
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and company quality guidelines
• Assist senior mechanics with complex installations and service calls (Jr. Mechanic)
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and properly handle tools and equipment

Requirements:

• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or a related mechanical trade (entry-level considered for Jr. Mechanic role)
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, piping, and plumbing fixtures and components
• EPA 608 Certification preferred for HVAC roles
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with good communication skills
