As a Medical Records Director, you will support the hospital by directing the efficient operations of the Medical Record Department. You will oversee medical records assembly, analysis, coding, transcription, filing, and correspondence. You will also serve as the secondary CSSH Trusted Agent for the EHR's direct secure messaging Health Information Service Provider (HISP) and collaborate with the primary Trusted Agent to monitor and facilitate hospital compliance with federal requirements related to use of direct secure messaging. This role requires keeping up-to-date with technology, legal and regulatory changes, and acceptable performance standards. In addition, you will:
