Job Summary We are looking for an experienced MuleSoft professional to work in an onsite role, acting as the primary point of contact for clients and external vendors. The candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, performing technical analysis, coordinating with offshore teams, and ensuring successful end-to-end delivery of integration solutions. This role demands strong ownership, leadership, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, and offshore teams Gather, understand, and analyze business and technical requirements Design and oversee MuleSoft-based integration solutions Coordinate with offshore teams for development, testing, and delivery Provide technical guidance and ensure best practices are followed Take ownership of end-to-end delivery and program outcomes Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular status updates Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of experience in MuleSoft development and integration Strong experience in API-led connectivity and MuleSoft Anypoint Platform Proven experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management Ability to perform requirement analysis and solution design Strong coordination and communication skills Experience working with distributed (onsite‑offshore) teams Ownership mindset with strong delivery focus Certifications Mandatory: MuleSoft Certifications (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Developer / Integration Architect) Compensation The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $90000-$100000. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
