Job Description

Animal Hospital of East Davie is looking for a friendly, motivated Client Service Representative to become the newest member of our crew.


As the first face our clients see, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional, and compassionate experience for every pet and pet parent who walks through our doors. We're seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced , team-oriented environment, can juggle multiple priorities with ease , and enjoys working both independently and collaboratively .


What You'll Do:

  • Manage the flow of appointments and ensure a smooth, organized client experience.
  • Communicate with clients by phone and in person, scheduling boarding and grooming services, answering questions, and providing exceptional service.
  • Handle pets safely and confidently - helping with check-ins, placing dogs in their kennels, assisting with playtimes, and keeping laundry caught up.
  • Work efficiently at the front desk, processing payments, managing records, and supporting the medical team as needed.

You'll shine here if you've worked in a veterinary, grooming, or boarding setting and understand the importance of clear, compassionate communication.


Schedule: This is a Part-Time position, seeking someone to work Tuesday - Thursday plus rotating weekends.


Compensation**:

  • Compensation: $15 - $17 per hour, for each hour worked*

Minimum qualifications and skill set:

  • 2+ years of client service experience
  • Proficiency in the following skills:
    • Strong multitasking abilities
    • Excellent communication and client service skills with a warm, professional demeanor
    • Ability to work independently and stay organized without constant supervision
