We are seeking a Pelvic Physical Therapist to join a boutique, patient-centered clinic. Both experienced therapists and recent graduates are encouraged to apply, with structured mentorship and ongoing support provided.

Patient-Focused Care
Treat only 5–7 patients per day in 60-minute, one-on-one sessions, allowing for deeper clinical impact and stronger patient relationships.

Work within an out-of-network model that reduces administrative burden and allows you to focus on delivering high-quality care.

Holistic Treatment Approach
Utilize a combination of manual therapy techniques (craniosacral, visceral, and traditional), therapeutic exercise, and patient education. Collaborate with an in-house shockwave therapy team when appropriate.

• Evaluate and treat pelvic health conditions including postpartum recovery, pelvic floor dysfunction, pelvic pain, incontinence, and prolapse
• Apply manual therapy techniques alongside movement-based interventions and patient education
• Primarily treat female patients, with opportunities to expand into male pelvic health as your experience grows
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and adjust individualized care plans
• Contribute to patient engagement through education, workshops, and community outreach
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent qualification
• Licensed in Iowa or eligible for licensure
• Pelvic health experience is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in hands-on, holistic treatment approaches
