  • Administer access requests and provisioning to meet business needs while enforcing least privilege and segregation of duties.
  • Troubleshoot and tune PeopleSoft environments across web, application, integration, and batch tiers; analyze logs and resolve security incidents.
  • Automate repetitive tasks using SQL, shell scripting, and other tools to improve accuracy and speed of security operations.
  • Support patching, upgrades, and production releases, including environment refreshes and post-release validation.

  • Provide Help Desk support for security-related tickets and escalate issues as needed.
  • Be available for occasional on-call rotation and after-hours work to maintain system uptime and support business continuity.
Daily activities
  • Review security notifications and application logs for errors and anomalies.
  • Coordinate with the security team to prioritize and execute remediation actions.
  • Support functional and development teams with security troubleshooting and configuration.
  • Process and resolve security tickets and assist end users as appropriate.

  • Hands-on experience with PeopleTools and App Designer or equivalent PeopleSoft administration tools.
  • Experience supporting PeopleSoft upgrades, patches, and environment promotions.
  • Familiarity with access governance and audit processes, including SOD analysis and evidence preparation.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with technical and business teams.
  • Ability to work on-site and participate in occasional after-hours or on-call support.
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience with Integration Broker, DMS, or PeopleSoft reporting tools.
  • Background in enterprise ticketing systems and automation of provisioning workflows.
  • Prior work in regulated environments with formal audit cycles.
  • Knowledge of identity management platforms (OIM, SailPoint, etc.).
How we measure success
  • Ticket resolution and SLA adherence for security requests.
  • Accuracy and stability of the PeopleSoft security model after changes and releases.
  • Audit readiness demonstrated by timely, complete responses and reduced findings.
  • Automation impact measured by reduced manual effort and faster provisioning.
  • Cross-team collaboration and timely delivery of security tasks for projects and releases.
Why join us
  • Work on a mission-critical ERP platform that impacts payroll, finance, and HR.
  • Collaborate with experienced application, infrastructure, and security teams.
