Responsible for cross-functional leadership, detailed planning, and execution monitoring of a complex rebranding project spanning marketing, product, and operational assets. This role will build and maintain comprehensive workback plans, audit and track asset progress, and provide consistent reporting on status and spend.

Responsibilities:

* Lead cross-functional project management of the rebranding initiative, coordinating efforts across Marketing, Product Management, Operations, and external partners.

* Develop, maintain, and update detailed workback plans and timelines to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.

* Audit and track all SKUs, brand assets, collateral, and materials requiring update as part of the rebrand; manage status reporting and pipeline visibility.

* Establish clear progress tracking and reporting mechanisms, including regular dashboards and stakeholder updates.

* Monitor and report on project spend, including internal headcount allocation, agency hours, and material purchases; highlight variances and forecast needs.

* Identify process efficiencies, risk areas, and opportunities for optimization across project streams and businesses.

* Supervise and mentor a Junior Analyst responsible for data tracking, reporting, and administrative support.

* Serve as the central point of contact for project status, issues, escalations, and resolution tracking.

Education and experience

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field preferred.

* 5+ years of project management experience, particularly in cross-functional programs or rebranding/organizational change initiatives.

* Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

* Strong understanding of project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, Excel).

* Experience managing budgets and spend tracking within a project environment.

* Demonstrated ability to lead and support junior team members.

* PMP, Agile, or related project management certification a plus.
