Overview REMOTE Estimator (Kitchen & Bath/ Interiors - Woodwork/Millwork construction projects) Salary- $80,000 base PLUS Profit Sharing (90K-100K total annual compensation!) Full Benefits Package! Responsibilities Prepare comprehensive construction estimates by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and project requirements using tools like Excel, Bluebeam, Innergy, Takeoff, and/or HeavyBid software. Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to negotiate pricing and scope of work to ensure competitive bids. Conduct detailed quantity takeoffs and cost analysis for various construction components, including materials, labor, equipment, and overhead costs. Assist in developing project budgets, cost control strategies, and schedule planning to optimize project profitability. Review contracts, scope of work documents, and project specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness in estimates. Support project management teams by providing accurate cost data throughout the project lifecycle to facilitate effective decision-making. Stay informed about market trends, material prices, labor rates, and industry best practices to maintain competitive and realistic estimates. Experience Proven experience in millwork/woodwork construction, estimating kitchen/bath projects and interiors with a strong understanding of construction management principles. Proficiency in estimating software such as Excel, Bluebeam, Innergy, Takeoff or HeavyBid. Solid knowledge of construction site operations, contracts, cost control measures, and pricing strategies. Hands-on experience with construction site activities or previous roles in construction management is a plus, but not required. Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members. Familiarity with project management processes and tools that support effective project delivery.
