Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with pre-qualified leads
• Conduct needs-based consultations to understand clients’ financial goals
• Present customized solutions including life insurance, IULs, and annuities
• Guide clients through the entire decision-making process
• Manage and track client interactions using the company CRM system

Requirements

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Client-focused mindset with a genuine desire to help others
• Results-driven and comfortable working in a commission-based structure
