Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Scaffolder based in Central, FL. The Scaffolder will be responsible for assembling, dismantling, and maintaining scaffold structures in a safe and efficient manner. Daily responsibilities include evaluating job site requirements, reading and interpreting blueprints, ensuring safety precautions are in place, and collaborating with team members to meet project deadlines. The role requires adherence to safety guidelines and standards while working at elevated heights. Qualifications Proficiency in scaffold assembly, disassembly, and maintenance Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings Knowledge of safety regulations, guidelines, and practices in construction Physical fitness with the ability to work at heights and carry materials Strong teamwork and communication skills Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy in workmanship Previous experience in scaffolding, construction, or a related field is preferred Certified scaffolding training and OSHA safety certification is an asset #J-18808-Ljbffr SCAFF-TECH, INC.
