Scrum Master Position

Required mandatory skills:

• Required first level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I)
• Experience playing the Scrum Master role for a software development or infrastructure team that was diligently applying Agile-Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
• Experience with burndown charts, retrospectives, velocity, defect tracking, sprints, releases, and the ability to articulate how each of these works.
• Experience with Agile concepts, User Stories, EPICs, CI/CD principles.
• Experience working with Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence)
• Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
• Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction.
• Experience working with the M365 product suite, either in a delivery or development capacity
• College diploma or university degree in the field of business administration, finance, or information systems is considered an advantage.
• Nice to have knowledge of other Agile approaches: Kanban, etc.
