Scrum Master

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies includingSprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Agile principles, practices, and mindset to promote self-organization and continuous improvement.
• Remove impediments that hinder team productivity and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
• Support Product Owners in backlog grooming and ensuring clear communication of requirements.
• Monitor team performance metrics and provide insights for process enhancements.
• Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability within teams.
• Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and project leaders to ensure alignment across multiple teams and projects.
• Promote agile best practices in a banking/financial environment, considering regulatory and compliance factors.

• Extensive experience (12+ years) as a Scrum Master or in an Agile role within banking or finance domains.
• Valid Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM, SAFe Program Consultant, etc.).
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, LeSS, etc.) and practical application.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coach diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a regulated environment with a focus on compliance, security, and governance.
• Leadership mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and stakeholder management.
