The National Association for Latino Community Asset Builders (NALCAB), a one-of-a-kind national intermediary with a network of 200+ Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs) and nonprofit organizations serving Latino communities across the U.S., Washington, DC, and Puerto Rico, is seeking a Sr. Accountant (Accountant IV) to strengthen our financial operations and nonprofit accounting infrastructure. As a U.S. Treasurycertified CDFI lender and grantmaker, NALCAB advances Latino economic mobility through funding, training, policy advocacy, and capacity-building programs. In this role, you will support month-end close, financial reporting, and compliance operations, ensuring accurate, audit-ready financial records while managing complex accounting areas related to federal grants, restricted funds, and nonprofit financial reporting.
