Job Details Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in roofing installation, project management, or operations leadership
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage field crews effectively
- In-depth knowledge of residential asphalt roofing systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with CRM, scheduling, and project management software
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Experience managing HOA and multifamily roofing projects
- Comfortable working at heights and accessing rooftops
