Poire Plumbing is a growing, family-owned plumbing company serving homeowners throughout Cape Cod. Thanks to a strong reputation and word-of-mouth referrals, we continue to add new customers and are looking for a reliable team member to help us keep up with demand.

We are open to speaking with experienced Service Plumbers, Journeyman Plumbers, advanced Plumbing Apprentices, and HVAC Installers/Service Techs who are motivated to learn, take pride in their work, and provide excellent customer service.

What You'll Do

• Perform residential plumbing repairs, installations, and service calls
• Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend effective solutions
• Install and repair fixtures, faucets, water heaters, piping, and related systems
• Assist with bathroom remodels, kitchen projects, and larger residential plumbing jobs
• Perform HVAC equipment replacements and installations as needed
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and customers
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
• Complete work safely and according to industry standards

What We're Looking For

• Plumbing experience preferred
• Journeyman-level experience is highly desired
• Advanced apprentices (4th or 5th year) are encouraged to apply
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
• Valid driver's license required
• Must be able to pass a background check
