Job Description
We are looking to hire a screen printer with experience running M&R automatic and manual printing presses.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience required. We need somebody who can come in, set up and start printing day 1 on the job.
- Experience operating manual screen printing press a plus.
- Understanding of importance of print order, screen meshes, and ink types to produce optimal print quality
- Able to quickly and accurately set up, print and take down a large multitude of jobs per day. Quick and accurate set up and break down of jobs is VITAL for this role.
- Knowledge of how to coat, burn, tape and reclaim screens is a plus, but not required
- Able to load shirts straight and accurately
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to follow directions and complete jobs according to work order specifications
- Willing and able to do perform other responsibilities as needed - cleaning, maintenance, reclaiming, screen prep
- Reliable transportation, good attitude and show up ready to work everyday
