Social Workerer

For over 60 years, St. Anne Home, a ministry of the Felician Sisters of North America, has been dedicated to the continued healing mission of Jesus Christ by providing a continuum of care and supportive services to adults, their families and their caregivers. We are seeking to hire a Social Worker.

• $25 to $27 hourly based on skills and experience.
• Monday-Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm.

Social Worker Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Bachelor of Arts program in psychology or sociology.
• Minimum of 3 years of Long-Term Care experience. Preferably in PA.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in the PA social services field.
• Awareness and knowledge of social service resources in the community.
• Criminal background check current within one year.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Social Worker Job Summary:

• Support the Director of Social Services and interdisciplinary teams.
• Help residents and families navigate psychological needs and coordinating services.
• Manage documentation, assessments, care planning, and communication.
