Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A Special Education Teacher is needed for the 2025-2026 school year in Ionia, MI. This contract position offers opportunities to work with elementary, middle, and high school caseloads. The start date is ASAP, extending through May 2026.
Responsibilities include managing a self-contained classroom, providing individualized instruction, and addressing varying student behaviors in line with students needs. The ideal candidate will hold certification in Emotional Impairments or have an Autism endorsement.
