Position Overview

Universal Exposure is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative with a competitive, team-focused mindset. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about building strong client relationships while contributing to overall business growth. The Sales Representative will report directly to the Sales Manager and collaborate closely with the sales team daily.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to support client satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Partner with internal teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and product offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or pursuits of a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of sales experience is advantageous, though not required.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive for results.
  • Reliable team player.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $17–$24/hour, paid weekly
  • On-target earnings ranging from $49,000 to $57,000 annually (including commission)
