What You'll Do

• Install tile in kitchens, bathrooms, and floors with precision and care.
• Complete backsplashes, tile flooring, and full shower installations .
• For showers: apply proper waterproofing membranes and systems to industry standards.
• Ensure clean, professional results that meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Communicate effectively with the office team and clients.

What We're Looking For

• Experienced Tile Installer with proven craftsmanship.
• Strong knowledge of proper installation techniques and tools.
• Must understand shower waterproofing membranes and systems .
• Professional, detail-oriented, and respectful in customer homes.
• Own tools and reliable transportation required.
• General Liability Insurance (minimum $1M) required.

About the Position

• Independent Contractor role - enjoy flexibility with your schedule.
• Work is based on project flow-no shortage of variety in the jobs you'll tackle.

Compensation: $300.00 - $400.00 per day
