Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) – School Based – Key Responsibilities
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Provide school-based behavioral support and ABA interventions for students
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and multidisciplinary teams
Collect, analyze, and track behavioral data to monitor student progress
Participate in IEP meetings and provide behavioral recommendations
Train and support school staff on behavior management strategies
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district and BACB standards
Support positive behavioral interventions and crisis prevention strategies
Qualifications :
Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification (BCBA) via BACB
Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
Prior school-based experience required conducting FBAs and BIPs
