Accountable Healthcare Staffing, in partnership with American Mobile Healthcare—a recognized leader in healthcare staffing—is seeking a Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to deliver high‑quality respiratory care across a variety of acute care settings. In this travel role, you will use your advanced respiratory therapy skills to assess, treat, and monitor patients with cardiopulmonary disorders, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team at respected healthcare facilities. As a Travel RRT, you will evaluate patients, interpret clinical data, and implement physician‑ordered respiratory care plans, including oxygen therapy, aerosolized medications, chest physiotherapy, and airway management. You will initiate, manage, and troubleshoot mechanical ventilation, perform ventilator weaning protocols, and respond to respiratory emergencies, rapid responses, and codes while maintaining a calm, patient‑focused approach. You will perform arterial blood gas sampling and analysis, adjust therapy based on results and patient response, and accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic medical record. You will collaborate closely with nurses, physicians, and other allied health professionals to optimize respiratory status, participate in interdisciplinary rounds, and provide patient and family education on respiratory conditions, home therapies, and equipment use. Assignments may include adult, pediatric, or neonatal populations depending on facility needs and your experience. You will be expected to follow facility policies, infection control standards, and safety protocols while adapting quickly to new environments, workflows, and equipment. This position offers the opportunity to travel to diverse locations, gain broad clinical exposure, and build your professional résumé while enjoying competitive pay, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits, life insurance, and 401(k) options. Accountable Healthcare Staffing fosters a culture that empowers clinicians, values diversity, and supports ongoing professional development. Travel RRTs receive support with licensing, travel coordination, and assignment transitions, enabling you to focus on delivering excellent patient care. If you are a licensed RRT who enjoys flexibility, variety, and working in fast‑paced hospital settings, this travel opportunity allows you to expand your skills, explore new regions, and contribute meaningfully to patient care across the country.
