We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to lead and deliver high-quality interior construction projects, with a focus on carpentry and finish work. This role is responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects, with an emphasis on interior fit-out and carpentry Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution Ensure all work meets quality standards, drawings, and specifications Collaborate with clients, architects, designers, and consultants Manage procurement of materials, particularly finish carpentry and interior packages Identify risks and resolve issues proactively to avoid delays or cost overruns Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings Monitor project costs and approve invoices, change orders, and variations Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and building codes Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders Qualifications 5–10+ years of construction project management experience Strong background in interior construction and carpentry (e.g., millwork, cabinetry, finishes) preferred Proven experience managing commercial or residential interior fit-out projects Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and sequencing for interiors Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts Experience with project management software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, MS Project, or similar) Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience) Strong leadership and team coordination skills Excellent communication and client-facing abilities High attention to detail, especially in finish quality Strong budgeting, cost control, and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach Working Conditions Combination of office-based work and on-site project visits Competitive salary based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Professional development and career advancement opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
