Job Description

• We are seeking a Data Entry Specialist to support administrative and operational teams by accurately entering, reviewing, and maintaining data within internal systems and databases. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently with numerical and alphabetical data, and adherence to established processes and guidelines.

• Enter alphabetical and numerical data from source documents into internal databases and systems with a high level of accuracy
• Verify and review data entries to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Identify and correct errors in records by referencing source documentation.
• Maintain and update electronic records and databases.
• Follow established procedures and guidelines when processing data.
• Utilize software applications and internal systems to support project- or database-driven tasks.
• Assist with general administrative tasks related to data processing and documentation.

• 0-2 years of data entry or administrative experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to perform high-volume data entry with speed and accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of office software and database systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work within established guidelines.
