Launch Teams is seeking a Planner/Scheduler for a project in Victorville, CA.



Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze our SOW (task cards)
• Provide a work sequence and flow out the plan
• Issue work packages to our crews of mechanics
• Read Customer Contracts
• Read Customer issued SOW
• Analyze the SOW against the contract (Needs vs Wants)
• Help bid SOW (Hours)
• Understands the Commercial Heavy Maintenance World
• Able to read the Boeing MPDs tasks and Customer tasks by pulling information on access panels, ATA codes, zones, skill sets, pre-draw, tooling, etc.
• Able to Visualize a workflow
• Understand the customer AMM, SRM, IPD, AD/SB, etc.
• Properly accounts for time and materials used in all inspection and maintenance activities.
• Comply with repair station procedures (RSM /QCM) and company policies (SOP) when performing aircraft or component maintenance.

Qualifications and requirements:

• High School/ GED
• 10+ years experience in aviation, preferably MRO
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
