Job Description
The Construction Safety Trainer is responsible for developing, delivering, and managing safety training programs for construction employees, supervisors, and subcontractors. This role ensures compliance with OSHA regulations, company policies, and industry best practices while promoting a strong culture of safety across all job sites. The trainer will lead company onboarding initiatives, including Launch (New hire orientation). Orientation programs and project-specific orientations at our innovation center as well as Industrial Construction jobsites, while serving as a coach and trusted resource for employees.

The ideal candidate is a construction safety professional with 8–10 years of experience who enjoys teaching, coaching, and developing others. They are comfortable leading classes, delivering engaging training sessions, creating training content, managing LMS records, and serving as the face of safety education for the organization. They possess strong communication skills, maintain exceptional documentation standards, and have a proactive, people-focused approach to safety leadership.
