Sphere Rocket is a virtual staffing platform that connects growing businesses with highly skilled virtual assistants. We help companies scale operations, increase efficiency, and create long-term growth through global remote talent solutions.
Our sales team currently includes 12 representatives and is expanding to 20. We are building a high-performance team with strong leadership, inbound demand, and recurring commission potential.

Position Overview
We are hiring a Sales Representative to manage inbound Zoom appointments with business owners and decision-makers actively looking to hire virtual assistants.
This is a consultative sales role focused on understanding client needs, presenting our platform, and closing long-term recurring deals.
When appointments cancel or no-shows occur, representatives are expected to proactively:

We are a fast-scaling, eight-figure company that places full-time virtual assistants for U.S. businesses and operates across multiple revenue streams, including staffing, subscriptions, licensing, and services. Sales are strong, demand is proven, and the business continues to grow year over year.
As we scale, financial operations accuracy and cash flow discipline are mission-critical. This is not a business struggling to generate revenue — it’s a business focused on ensuring revenue is billed correctly, collected on time, and distributed accurately across a growing platform. Our environment is execution-focused and in-person. Leadership decisions are made quickly, ownership is clear, and accountability matters. This role sits at the center of that execution, partnering directly with the CEO to ensure that cash comes in before cash goes out, clients follow payment terms, and payouts run cleanly and on schedule. We have an established finance operations team in place and strong institutional knowledge within the company. What we are building next is clear ownership, tighter controls, standardized workflows, and real-time visibility into accounts receivable, collections, and cash position. This is not a CFO or fundraising role. It is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in revenue operations, enjoys enforcing standards, and understands that financial clarity protects both growth and trust — with clients, workers, and leadership.
